Our clinics are open from 8AM-8PM every day, including weekends and most holidays.
Immediate Care is a walk-in urgent care clinic, but we also offer online appointments. Our appointment times are placeholders in line to be seen. While we try to do our best to honor your appointment time, sometimes unforeseen circumstances can delay your appointment time.
Yes! We offer urgent care services and can treat patients of all ages, including children.
Yes! Immediate Care of Oklahoma provides comprehensive Workplace Health services, including:
Same-day injury treatment and evaluations
DOT physicals and drug testing
On-site X-rays, labs, and laceration care
Sprain/strain treatment
Custom return-to-work and follow-up care
Weekend and after-hours care
Access to the employer portal and our patient app

Yes, Immediate Care offers both on-site lab testing and digital X-rays at all of our urgent care locations.
Yes! We offer school, sports, employment, and DOT physicals.
Yes, we offer self-pay pricing starting at $149 for the office visit, plus additional costs for any additional services.

Yes. Although influenza activity in the United States is increasing and we do encourage our community to be proactive and take Flu shots as well as other seasonal shots such as pneumonia, tetanus and wellness shots such as B12. Please contact the ICO facility that you will be visiting and confirm vaccine availability and/or seek additional information as needed.
