Meet Heather Rowell in Oklahoma City, OK

Heather Rowell is a Provider at our Norman 24th Clinic! Heather was born in South East Texas and she grew up in the Houston and Dallas areas. She ended up sticking around in Oklahoma after going to OU.

Heather has always been a caregiver by nature. She originally wanted to go into primary care, but ended up in urgent care because that is more her pace and fits her personality better. She enjoys getting to work with a wide range of patients and getting to see kids and adults, which you don’t get in every area.

Heather’s favorite part about working at Immediate Care is the people that she gets to work with. She enjoys getting to work with a lot of strong team players.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her 9-year-old son and hiking with him. This photo was on the summit of Angels Landing at Zion National Park in Utah, which is her happy place!

She also has a pollinator garden and enjoys raising monarchs. She enjoys fishing and loves to fish. Her parents live on the Texas coast so a few times a year she visits and gets to go snapper fishing off the dock.

If she could eat lunch with anyone it would be David Attenborough. Her ideal Thanksgiving feast would be David Attenborough, Will Ferrel, Snoop Dogg, and Martha Stewart. But David Attenborough would be her number one person to go to lunch with.

Heather is a great addition to our team and truly compassionate with the patients and staff. She is always positive and has an upbeat attitude when working here at 24th and we are grateful to have her as a provider here! Thank you, Heather!
