Ricky was born and raised in OKC and has been part of the ICO family for one year.
He’s a big sports fan, especially when it comes to basketball—whether he’s watching the game or out on the court playing himself.
Ricky was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare by his mom. She has always worked in the health field and loved helping people.
As he grew up and saw his mom work in the medical field, that left a lasting impact on him. He wants to help others the same way she did. Taking care of patients runs in their family.
If Ricky could have lunch with anyone, it would be Drake. He finds Drake inspirational and appreciates the positive energy and music he puts out. A fun fact about Ricky is that when he was born, he was never supposed to walk. Seeing him today, you would never know it!
His favorite part of the job is knowing he’s making a real impact. He enjoys helping patients feel better, both physically and emotionally. Patients come in feeling their worst; he can help them smile or have a better day even though they are sick or injured.
