Charlene Kennedy

Charlene Kennedy is our Group Clinic Manager over our two Norman Clinics.
She was born and raised in El Reno, Oklahoma and is somehow a Texas Longhorns fan. Charlene spent 17 years running a state-registered, home daycare before stepping into the medical field in 2016.
Her healthcare journey began when she started at a breast health clinic, which led to managing multiple imaging centers—and ultimately to her current leadership role at ICO.
Charlene says her passion for healthcare comes from wanting to care for people during some of their hardest moments. Even when answers aren’t always clear, she believes in showing patients they’re supported and not alone.
Outside of work, Charlene is almost always outdoors. Whether it’s the lake, a ballgame, or a patio with friends and family, she loves being active and soaking up the sunshine. She’s spontaneous and adventurous—and once went skydiving with her son as a graduation gift! (But she draws the line at bungee jumping.)
If Charlene could have lunch with anyone, it would be Dolly Parton. She deeply admires Dolly’s strength, grace, and how she’s stayed grounded through fame. A couple of Charlene’s favorite Dolly quotes: “Wildflowers don’t care where they grow,” and “Whatever you do, do it in red high heels”.
Charlene says her favorite part of working at ICO is the unmatched support she receives from her team and leadership. “This is the first job in my life that I genuinely look forward to each day.”
We’re grateful to have Charlene on the ICO team. Her heart, leadership, and positivity make a lasting impact.
